"Dear children! Also today I call you to pray for this time of grace to the Child Jesus born in your heart. He, who is peace itself through you, give peace to the world. Therefore, little children, pray without ceasing for this turbulent world without hope, that you may become witnesses of peace for all. Let hope begin to flow through your heart like a river of grace. Thank you you for having responded to my call. "

First Certification Unemployment Georgia

Barack Hussein Obama II

Well, after the election. Utterly lost. Well. But such is the reality of democracy. Not always, our candidate wins. Besides, in the year were mainly votes against Bush and his policies. People asked about their reasons for voting for Obama said that for them, Obama signals a change in policy, where McCain is a continuation of what was in recent years. Continues the Bush policy.

It is ironic that Obama is likely to actually change anything, but not as much as they imagine it his constituency. Obama has demonstrated his political career so far he is very liberal, very left-wing in their views. Even more than Clinton and he was much more than it is able to digest the average American citizen. Even the one who voted for Obama. And Obama himself, being very intelligent and shrewd politician, led the campaign in a very sober tone. So either his views have changed radically in the last year or was the standard political game. But I do not believe in such a miraculous change of views candidates for office.

I am in total but I would like to write about something else. Politics I am not very interested. This, if anything will change here is not important. It will not change, moreover, that much. In addition, for four years will be new elections. And for several years nobody will remember what he did 44th U.S. President. I'm interested in just the moral aspects of this choice. I would like to write about it in a nutshell.

first is very positive. Although I did not vote for Obama, I was and am still very proud of one fact. Americans elected the first president Negro. Barely half a century has passed since the time when blacks were fighting for their civil rights, so simple, so basic as the right to occupy any place on the bus, using the same toilets as whites. Now the Americans have chosen one of the blacks as their leader, their president. Son of an immigrant from Africa, raised in a broken home, raised by a grandmother. Although it was able to get a good education, the most prestigious American universities, complete with distinction and become a senator and president of the United States.

Obama has proved that "American Dream, the American dream career "from rags to riches" (or the son of an emigrant to the president) is not a theory, but still living reality. Also proved that Americans are hypocrites. That not only claim that they are not racists, but they are able to prove their votes. That racism is a thing of the past, though it was painful reality only a few decades ago. Of course, this does not mean that there is no single personal racist views. This can happen anywhere. But the Americans as a nation certainly they are not already. In this respect, yesterday's elections were historic and groundbreaking. And with that aspect of yesterday's selection is happy, and this fills me with pride.

contrast, much less me, enjoy the views of Obama. Especially the complete lack of any respect for human life from the moment of conception, whether for the traditional family model. As a U.S. Senator Obama voted against the law zabraniającemu deprivation of life of a child who survived, "a failed abortion." He voted against the recognition of the unborn child as a person who is entitled to SCHIP "State Child Health Insurance Program, State Health Insurance Program for Children. He voted against the law of transporting minors zabraniającemu mothers to another state for an abortion. Voted for federal funding of research on cloned stem cells. Research, which kill human life originated. He voted against the law to inform parents of the minor nakazującemu mother that it will have an abortion in another state. National Right to Life Committee, an organization politykóww assessor position on the defense of life Obama gave 0%, while the "NARAL Pro Choice America, an organization which supports legal abortion in the U.S., over the last three years Obama has assessed annually at 100%. In 2007. years Obama has been recognized by the National Journal, a weekly political coming out in Washington as "the most liberal senator." This is not the opinion of this magazine, it is the result of checking on how Obama voted. Obama is a recognition of "marriage" to homosexual for State funding of abortion, the contraceptive-wheels, etc., etc. What's worse, Obama will have the majority in both houses of parliament and will be able to freely exchange their views on the law applicable in this country.

There is one aspect of what happened yesterday. The issue of judicial nominations to the U.S. Supreme Court. These are appointments for life. Makes the president and approved by the Senate. Now in court, there are four conservative judges (incidentally they are all Catholics) and the fifth Catholic judge them is older, the more inclined toward admitting that the U.S. Constitution has no "right to abortion. " So there was a good chance that the federal law mandating the legalization of abortion in all states may soon change. Does not mean that abortion would suddenly illegal, but that would mean that now the individual states themselves to regulate these matters. However, over the next few years the judges to end his ministry because of the age and health, and rather difficult to expect Obama bu replaced their conservative judges. Unlimited right to kill unborn children is likely to remain the law in the U.S. for many years.

And that brings us to the main issue in all this political turmoil. For what is in our hearts. When asked in Ohio a person coming out of polling stations (and Ohio is one of the key of the state in every election), how to vote, it turned out that the voices of Catholics were divided over 51% for McCain, 49% for Obama. However, Evangelical Christians, conservative and "hot in the faith" Protestants (including many former Catholics who have left the Church because he was for them too "old") 70% voted for McCain and only 29% for Obama. And if Catholics voted yes, as our brothers evangelicals voted, we would have now a different president.

In the U.S. there are 60 million Catholics. Many politicians regard themselves as Catholics. The problem is that they either do not know the Church's moral teaching, or rebel against him. Probably also for many people it is simply irrelevant. Economy, economy, wages, taxes, expenses, balance - these are the things that determine our choices. Only what they really matter? Are the Last Judgement, Jesus will ask us whether we voted for a candidate who promised a better health insurance and lower taxes?

Jesus born in a country that was under occupation. In a country where Rome impose their beliefs, plundered Jewish taxes, and dedicate the money to finance the worship of idols. And what? And nothing. You will not find any word on the political, economic and throughout the New Testament. And when asked directly about taxes, Jesus said to give to Caesar what belongs to Caesar. Our kingdom is not of this world. Our king does not rule in Washington, either in Brussels or in Warsaw. He should be master of our heart, our soul, not our political system. And if we truly recognize Him as our Lord, it głosowalibyśmy as we should. But if our faith will continue to do so and asexual summer, when our idols will remain our bank accounts, if in politics, not in God we will seek solutions to our problems, is the only thing we achieve is another, more serious problems. And what is worse, by the way, we can also lose what is most precious. Our eternal life.

angel of the church in Laodicea write: These things says the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of God's creation: I know your deeds, that neither cold nor hot you are. I wish you were cold or hot! And so, because you are lukewarm, neither hot nor cold, I want you out of my mouth. Because thou sayest I am rich, and increased with goods, and I need nothing, and you do not know that you are wretched and worthy of pity, and blind, and naked. I advise you to buy from me gold refined in the fire, thou mayest be rich, and white robes, that thou mayest be clothed, and not revealed to the shame of thy nakedness, and salve to anoint your eyes, you see. Those whom I love, I rebuke and chasten. So be zealous and repent! (Rev 3, 14-19)
